Our sessions are in our studio or on location outside. We have a great list of beautiful locations that fit each theme you may have – weather its country and rustic or contemporary and modern or sports, skater look, etc.. Whatever your personal is, we have a place for you.
We do our best to capture each graduates’ individuality and personality in their photos. Our studio offer a wide variety of senior photography packages and print options to suit different needs and budgets. Outfit changes are available during your senior photography session. We encourage you to show your personal style with a casual outfit and something a bit more formal to add variety to your session. We have put together some basic tips to help you prepare for your photography session. You can bring props with you to your session such as a football, volleyball, skateboard, video games, ballet outfit and shoes, etc…

We usually photography three looks – casual, formal, cap and gown or school jacket. You can split your sessions in half by doing half studio and then half outside. 30 minutes in studio and 30 minutes outside. Most all sessions are 1 hour.

Formal/Informal Photography Ideas

Guys’ formal attire could include a simple sport coat, dress shirt and tie, sweater or a 3-piece suit.
For girls, a formal dress from a special occasion, skirt, blouse or sweater.
Informal pictures allows for more variety – your clothing should reflect who you are! Ideas include: a casual outfit that suits your style, an outfit that includes pieces with today’s latest trends, cap and gown, sports or cheerleading uniform, sporting equipment, letter jacket, art supplies, skateboard, musical instrument, or prom dress. And lastly, bring your parents, siblings, best friend, boy friend, or girl friend for group pictures that will last a lifetime.

Style Advice

Your clothing choices should be simple in color and style. Avoid prints and patterns, they draw the eye away from the face. Plaids and stripes can be distracting. We’ll mix in some full length photos for your session so consider what shoes you want for each outfit. Choose long-sleeved shirts and avoid bare shoulders or tank tops.

Light backgrounds go best with white and pastel colored clothing. Try to avoid light colors on darker backgrounds, this may overpower the image.

If your session includes some darker clothing choices, remember that dark clothing tends to look best on darker backgrounds. Dark colors are ideal for black-and-white photos as well as formal photography. We will suggest the best background for your outfits.

Hair and Makeup

Plan to wear your hair in a style that you are comfortable with or is natural to your everyday life. If you choose to wear makeup, keep it light, natural-looking and fresh. Guys should be clean shaven or have neatly trimmed facial hair. Although it’s important to look your very best on this special day, avoid getting your hair cut less than a week before your session.

It is hard to believe but there is a Senior in the House!!  Such an exciting time for everyone and a time that Moms and Dads want memorable pictures of their not-so-child-like-child…And, so do the kids!

The fun part about our Senior Portrait Packages is that they allow for some creative freedom with that graduating Senior to bring their own stuff, wear their own clothes, and present themselves just as they are for some awesome images that will be perfect for showing off to their friends and the insta and snapchat world.  BUT- these collections also create and provide the professional portrait worthy images for creating albums, wall hangings, family gifts, and senior announcements for Mom and Dad.
